About 

Badger has worked within the design and communication sector for over 20 years across Europe, North America, New Zealand and Australia at some of the world’s largest agencies. During his time he’s developed a broad knowledge base of all related disciplines. These included branding and design innovation, communication strategy, user experience, digital integration, customer relationship management and brand advertising / communications. 

His passion lies in developing effective creative solutions to everyday problems and believes in today's world businesses need to be ambidextrous. Balancing both the creative side and their economic requirements with more of a Human Centred Design approach.

Badger has been recognised internationally with various awards but is most proud that a creative solution to a problem for a pasta sauce brand was so success that the company need to construct a bigger factory to handle rise in demand.
